GENERAL INFORMATION
The prices displayed in the store are valid gross consumer prices, which do not include shipping costs. However, if an incorrect price is displayed in the store due to a technical error, we will contact you by phone (or email) to discuss the matter before sending the goods.
DELIVERY AND PAYMENT TERMS
Home delivery by courier service in Hungary: In cooperation with the GLS courier service, we deliver our products to any point in the country with a short deadline and at a favorable price.
Delivery options:

- Flat fee: 2,980 Ft
You pay the cash on delivery amount to the courier (postman) who delivers the package or at the parcel point, which amount together includes the value of the invoice and the cash on delivery cost. You will always find the VAT invoice in the package. Orders are handed over to the courier service after confirmation by e-mail or phone. Orders placed on a given day will be delivered within 2-8 business days to the address specified in the order, in the manner specified in the order. Orders received on a holiday (Saturday, Sunday) and public holidays will be fulfilled from the next business day.
In the case of bank transfer, we can assemble the package and hand it over to the courier after the total amount of the order (including the value of the goods and the shipping cost) has been received on our account. The package always includes the VAT invoice.
For orders over 30,000 HUF, shipping is free (to Hungary).
SHIPPING ABROAD
We also undertake shipping abroad (to Europe) using the Hungarian Posta registered letter to Europe service. The tariffs (from January 1, 2025):
Magyar Posta registered letter to Europe, (within the EU)
- 0.05 kg – 3,875 HUF
- 0.5 kg – 5,990 HUF
- 2.0 kg – 14,515 HUF
- Outside the European Union, the current postal rates apply.
Payment methods:
Bank transfer:
Payment can be made by bank transfer. After processing the order, we will send you the necessary transfer details. After your transfer is received, we will hand over or ship your package for delivery.
Bank card payment:
Online bank card payments are made through the WooPayments (Cards) system. Your bank card details are not sent to the merchant. The service is provided by WooPayments (Cards).
Cash on delivery
Payment in cash upon receipt of the package. Currently only in Hungary – Collection at a parcel point is possible.
WARRANTY
We guarantee all our products if they are damaged during transport or due to careless packaging. The following laws apply to the seller’s warranty and guarantee liability: 151/2003. (IX. 22.) Government Decree, 49/2003. (VII.30.) GKM Decree, 72/2005. (IV. 21.) Government Decree
GUARANTEE PROCESSING
The product must be returned to the sender, together with the invoice proving the purchase, in our case: Gábor Honffy (2220 Vecsés Halmi utca 10.). The guarantee administration takes place after the damaged product is received, on a replacement copy
